Scope 1 and 2 GHG Emissions definition

Scope 1 and 2 GHG Emissions means, for any period, the total aggregate amount of Scope 1 (direct emissions corresponding to consumption of the primary energy source (i.e., natural gas, domestic heating oil, etc.) and Scope 2 emissions (indirect emissions corresponding to energy consumption (electricity, heat) that the Company uses but does not produce) as measured in metric tons of CO2e by us and calculated as per the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard;
Scope 1 and 2 GHG Emissions means in mt CO2e, the sum of:
