Scraper Operator means one who operates a self-propelled rubber tired or tractor drawn unit known as a scraper, pan, etc. to excavate, transport, and deposit materials moved in normal grading operations; may oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed; and may perform other related duties.
