SDK Documentation definition

SDK Documentation refers to the documentation included with the Software Development Kit including that portion pertaining to the Specific SDK.
SDK Documentation means all operating and technical literature and all other related materials relating to the Matterport SDKs that are made available to Customer, in whatever form and by whatever means, from time to time.
SDK Documentation means data, files, installation and use instructions, and other documentation provided or made available by Allscripts here under.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable, limited, restricted, and revocable license to the SDK as described in the SDK Documentation during the applicable evaluation period.

  • Licensee is not permitted to access or otherwise use, whether by means of Licensee’s Applications or otherwise, any APIs that are not included in the SDK Documentation.

  • SOTI hereby grants Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, non-transferable license to install and use a reasonable number of copies of the SDK: (i) in the limited manner described in SDK Documentation; and (ii) solely for the purposes of developing and testing Applications (“Purpose”).

  • NetApp shall retain all right, title and interest in and to the SDK and SDK Documentation, and all copies thereof (hereafter referred to collectively as the "NetApp Software").

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable, limited, restricted, and revocable license to the SDK as described in the SDK Documentation during the applicable evaluation period set forth below.


More Definitions of SDK Documentation

SDK Documentation means the documentation that is a part of this TOS and is intended to describe the entitlements, restrictions, prerequisites, special license rights, and/or separately licensed third party technology terms associated with the SDK.
SDK Documentation means documentation supplied with the SDK or made available online by SOTI relating to the SDK, including user manuals, training materials, product descriptions and specifications, technical manuals, development tools, and other supporting materials.
SDK Documentation means data, files, installation and use instructions, and other documentation provided or made available by MedInformatix hereunder.
SDK Documentation means as set out in Schedule 1.

Related to SDK Documentation

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, and as made reasonably available by Securiti.

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.

  • Documentation means SAP's then-current technical and functional documentation as well as any roles and responsibilities descriptions, if applicable, for the Cloud Service which is made available to Customer with the Cloud Service.
