Search Firm definition

Search Firm means the Third Party selected by the State to perform a site search specifically for this Program on the State’s behalf.
Search Firm has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Search Firm means Korn/Ferry International, or such other executive search firm that is mutually acceptable to the Stockholder and the Company.

  • PRN means those medications and treatments that have been ordered by a qualified practitioner to be administered as needed.
