Season Vendor definition

Season Vendor means a Vendor who intends to vend at least once per week throughout most or all of the Market season, who signs a Contract and attends at least 75% of the Market sessions.
Season Vendor means a Vendor who intends to vend at least once per week throughout most or all the Market season, who signs a Contract, who pays the prescribed fees when required, and attends at least 75% of the Saturday Market sessions. Vendors who do not attend at least 75% of the Saturday Market sessions during the season will be considered to be Daily Vendors.
Season Vendor means a Vendor who intends to vend at least once per week throughout most or all of the Market season, who signs a Contract, who pays the prescribed fees when required, and attends at least 75% of the Purdue Farmers’ Market sessions. Vendors who do not attend at least 75% of the Purdue Farmers’ Market sessions during the season will be considered Daily Vendors.
