Second Closing Outside Date definition

Second Closing Outside Date means the date that is 30 days following the date of the TSXV Approval or such other date as is mutually agreed to by the Parties;
Second Closing Outside Date means, with respect to a Purchase Commitment, the date which is fifteen Trading Days after the applicable Reference Period Termination Date.
Second Closing Outside Date has the meaning given in Section 7.1(c).

Related to Second Closing Outside Date

  • Second Closing Date means the date of the Second Closing.
