Examples of Second Escrow Release Date in a sentence
Subject to the requirements set forth in this Section 7.2(b), the Escrow Fund shall remain in existence immediately following the Closing Time and shall terminate at 5:00 p.m., California Time on the Second Escrow Release Date (as defined below).
As used herein "Second Escrow Release Date" shall mean the date being six months after the First Escrow Release Date.
If any Holdover Amount shall exist on the Second Escrow Release Date, such Holdover Amount shall cause the Escrow Fund to remain in existence until such claims have been resolved.
