Second Lien Deed of Trust definition

Second Lien Deed of Trust means the Second Lien Deed of Trust in favor of First American Title Insurance Company of Oregon, an Oregon corporation, as Trustee, and Administrative Agent as Beneficiary, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1.
Second Lien Deed of Trust means the Second Lien Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement and Financing Statement dated as of the AFB Effective Date, delivered by the Company pursuant to Section 3.03(d)(v) as security for the payment and performance of the Lender Indebtedness.
