Second Subsequent Term means the Term of this Agreement as set out in Article3;
Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;
(2) The term Director’ means the Director of
Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
