Secondary Note definition

Secondary Note means any portion of any Note X-0X, Xxxx X-0X, Xxxx X-0X or Note A-2B, that is not included in a Securitization at the time the other portion(s) of such Note is securitized.
Secondary Note and “Secondary Notes” shall have the meaning assigned in Section 2.1(b).
