Section 1110 Agreement definition

Section 1110 Agreement means a written agreement of the debtor to perform referred to in Section 1110(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code that, without further review or modification, qualifies under Section 1110 to keep the automatic stay provided by Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code in effect with respect to the Aircraft.
