Section 3 Contract definition

Section 3 Contract means a contract or subcontract awarded by an owner, contractor or subcontractor for work generated by the expenditure of Section 3 covered assistance, or for work arising in connection with a Section 3 covered project. "Section Contracts" do not include contracts for the purchase of supplies and materials except, however, when a contract for materials includes the installation of those materials, that contract constitutes a Section 3 Contract.
Section 3 Contract means a contract subject to HACLA’s Section 3 Policy and Compliance Plan, whether by virtue of Section 3 or HACLA’s imposition of Section 3 upon the contract.
Section 3 Contract means a contract subject to this Policy whether by virtue of Section 3 or HACLA’s imposition of Section 3 upon the contract, including without limitation, master developments agreements and disposition and development agreements pursuant to which development and redevelopment activities and projects are effectuated.

Examples of Section 3 Contract in a sentence

  • The recipient must include the Section 3 Contract Clause in all solicitations and contracts over $100,000, including professional service contracts, but not contracts for the purchase of supply of material.
