Section 604. Upon voluntary retirement under the terms of the Wisconsin Retirement System, the City will place an amount equa2l 8to fifty percent (50%) of all hours accumulated up to the maximum allowed amount of the employee's unu2s9ed accumulated sick leave at the employee's date of retirement, times the employee's rate of pay at the em30ployee's date of retirement, in an account to be used to pay health insurance 31 premiums on behalf of the employee after retirement.

  • The Trustee's compensation rate pursuant to Section 6.04 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be an annual fee in the amount of $.0096 per Unit.

  • Such delegation shall not relieve the Servicer of its liabilities and responsibilities with respect to such duties and shall not constitute a resignation within the meaning of Section 6.04.

  • For the protection and enforcement of the provisions of this Section 6.04, each and every Holder and the Trustee shall be entitled to such relief as can be given either at law or in equity.
