Securities Authorities definition

Securities Authorities means the British Columbia Securities Commission and the other securities regulatory authorities in the provinces and territories of Canada and the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States of America, collectively;
Securities Authorities means the Ontario Securities Commission and any other applicable securities commission or securities regulatory authority of a province or territory of Canada.
Securities Authorities means, collectively, the applicable securities regulatory authorities in the provinces and territories of Canada, as the context requires.

  • There are no outstanding or unresolved comments in comment letters from any Securities Authorities with respect to any documents or information forming part of the STEP Public Record.

More Definitions of Securities Authorities

Securities Authorities means the applicable securities commissions and other securities regulatory authorities in Canada and the United States;
