Securities Litigations means, collectively, the 2011 Securities Litigation and the PPFG Securities Litigation.
Securities Litigations means the putative class actions brought by current or former shareholders against the Trust, the Board and others in connection with the Fund.
Securities Litigations means any action that would give rise to a Claim arising under Bankruptcy Code section 510(b), which shall include any Claim arising from the rescission of a purchase or sale of any Interests in the Debtors, for damages arising from the purchase or sale of such an Interest, or any Claim for reimbursement, contribution or indemnification on account of any such Claim, including, but not limited to, the case captioned Chamberlain v.
