Securities Plaintiffs means all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of the Debtor between May 7, 2008 and March 15, 2011, as such period may be amended, and who are represented by the Lead Plaintiffs in the consolidated securities class action entitled In re ShengdaTech, Inc. Securities Litigation, Case No. 11-CV-1918 (TPG).
Securities Plaintiffs means, collectively, the MK Securities Class Action Plaintiffs and the MK Rail Securities Class Action Plaintiffs.
