Examples of Released Plaintiffs in a sentence
No interest shall be earned or paid on the Settlement Amount prior to payment into the Escrow Account.2.4 Other than the CAFA expenses referred to in ¶3.1, which will be paid by Revolution Lighting, Defendants shall have no obligation to make any payment in connection with the Settlement or to any Class Member arising from the Released Plaintiffs Claims.
Upon the Effective Date, the Defendants will be forever barred and enjoined from commencing, instituting, prosecuting or continuing to prosecute any action or other proceeding in any court of law or equity, arbitration tribunal, or administrative forum, asserting the Releasing Defendants’ Claims against any of the Released Plaintiffs and Class Members, and Federal and State Lead Counsel.
Claims” means all claims, including both known claims and Unknown Claims (as defined below), whether arising under federal, state, common, or administrative law, or any other law, that the Released Defendants could have asserted against any of the Released Plaintiffs that arise out of or relate to the commencement, prosecution, or settlement of the Action (other than claims to enforce the Settlement or the Judgment).

It also releases the GGK and AMEX-TB Released Claims against the Released Plaintiffs.
