Security Emergency definition

Security Emergency means: (i) use of the Services that do or could disrupt the Services, other customers' use of the Services, or the infrastructure used to provide the Services and (ii) unauthorized third-party access to the Services.
Security Emergency means a violation by Subscriber of this Agreement that (a) could disrupt (i) VerTrius' provision of the Service; (ii) the business of other subscribers to the Service; or (iii) the network or servers used to provide the Service; or (b) provides unauthorized third party access to the Service.
Security Emergency. An event which causes officials of the Temporary Country of Residence or officials of Traveling Member’s Home Country, to issue, for reasons other than medical, a recommendation that categories of persons which include the Traveling Member, should leave the Temporary Country of Residence.
