Security Entitlements means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset.

Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Local law enforcement agency or "LLEA" means a public or private organization that has been approved by a federal, state, or local government to carry firearms and make arrests, and is authorized and has the capability to provide an armed response in the jurisdiction where the licensed Category 1 or Category 2 quantity of radioactive material is used, stored, or transported.
Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
Trademark Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

Security Collateral with respect to any Granting Party, means, collectively, the Collateral (if any) and the Pledged Collateral (if any) of such Granting Party.
Security Interest means any mortgage, pledge, security interest, encumbrance, charge, or other lien (whether arising by contract or by operation of law).

financial assets means (i) cash, (ii) securities, or (iii) a contract of insurance, a deposit or an evidence of a deposit that is not a security for the purposes of securities legislation;
Legitimate law enforcement purpose means a goal within the lawful authority of an officer that is to be achieved through methods or conduct condoned by the officer’s appointing authority.

Pledges have the meanings given to such terms in Clause 2.1.
Security Agreements means the U.S. Security Agreement and the Canadian Security Agreement.
Federally enforceable means all limitations and conditions which are enforceable by the administrator, including those requirements developed pursuant to 40 CFR Parts 60 and 61, requirements within the Montana state implementation plan, and any permit requirement established pursuant to 40 CFR 52.21 or under regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51, Subpart I, including operating permits issued under an EPA approved program that is incorporated into the Montana state implementation plan and expressly requires adherence to any permit issued under such program.
Patent Collateral means all Patents, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the Company that are associated with the Business.
Compliance Enforcement Authority means NERC or the Regional Entity, or any entity as otherwise designated by an Applicable Governmental Authority, in their respective roles of monitoring and/or enforcing compliance with mandatory and enforceable Reliability Standards in their respective jurisdictions.
Copyright Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.
