Security Program definition

Security Program. Has the meaning given in Attachment 17-C.
Security Program means a comprehensive written information security program described below in Section C.
Security Program shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.22(c).

Security Program means any plan or procedure the primary function of which is to protect nuclear power plants, nuclear installations, transportation and storage of new or irradiated nuclear fuel elements or transportation and storage of fissile material against any deliberate act that could directly endanger the public health and safety including exposure to radiation, including, but not limited to, plans or procedures for:¶

A Server includes associated peripherals (e.g. local storage devices, attachments to centralized storage, monitor, keyboard, pointing device, tape drives, and external disk arrays) and is identified by a unique manufacturer's serial number. Server Component Provider Means the DCS Service Provider who has entered into a contract with DIR for the Server Statement of Work. Services Has the meaning given in Section 4.1(a) of the Agreement. Service Component Means a single area which is represented with a Statement of Work (i.e. Mainframe, Server, Network, Data Center, and Print-Mail). Service Component Provider Means, collectively, all Service Providers, excluding the MSI, who have entered into an agreement with DIR to provide the services contemplated by one or more Statements of Work (i.e. Server Component Provider, Network Component Provider, Print-Mail Component Provider, Data Center Component Provider, and Mainframe Component Provider).
Security Program is defined in Section 5.21(c).
