TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE. 12.1 In providing the Services, the Compounding and Repackaging Pharmacy shall use appropriate methods of storing, packaging and transporting drugs to ensure the security and integrity of the drugs.

Misuse: Students who misuse their devices (i.e. use it for things other than school-related activities), have it open when a teacher has not authorized this in class, use it illegally or unethically, who violate KCA policy, or use the device to access objectionable materials may not only lose use of the device, but may be subject to disciplinary measures and/or fees. Students are subject to these same measures if found to violate these policies with another student’s computer. Families and students, however, are primarily responsible for this. KCA-issued Chromebook devices will be set up with a username and unique password, which will be kept in the KCA office. Students should not share passwords, exchange devices, or change passwords. Students found to be changing passwords, exchanging devices, or changing passwords will be subject to disciplinary action and may lose their device. No other profiles, other than those created by KCA, will be allowed to be created. Only students who are issued a device may use them. Creating other profiles on your device is considered misused. If a student gives another student or person access to their device, that student giving the device will be held accountable for anything that occurs during that time. If a student attempts to hack, damage, or misuse another person’s device, they will be held accountable for any damage, fees, and will receive disciplinary action.

Capacity contracts grant the right but not the obligation to utilize the pipeline or storage capacity for a set volume and a set period of time in exchange for a defined monthly demand charge. NJRES may elect to hedge this capacity through a combination of physical and financial trades. In addition, NJRES may enter into financial basis positions for the express purpose of speculation. The volumes associated with these capacity contracts and any physical or financial trades designed to either hedge the capacity or used for speculation are all included in the total position calculations and are subject to the limits identified in Exhibit 3 A&B. Any net volumetric difference would be an “open position”. The volume limits in Exhibit 3A are differentiated between those that require notification to RMC if exceeded, and those that are violations if exceeded. Also, when obtaining storage capacity, the working capital required for hedging the related commodity must be considered, and approved by the SVP as specified in Exhibit 3.
