Selective Service Request definition

Selective Service Request means a written request on the form set out in Appendix B to this CSA that is issued by a Purchaser to a CSA Holder pursuant to the Selective Ordering Process for the provision of Services as identified in the request;

Examples of Selective Service Request in a sentence

  • Any Selective Service Request or Competitive Service Request issued under this CSA will indicate the potential Purchaser.

  • If there is no other Consultant suited to the Selective Service Request, as determined by the Purchaser in its sole discretion, the Purchaser may rely on subsection (f) below.

  • The CSA Holder will have the time set out in the Selective Service Request to indicate its acceptance by providing the Purchaser with a copy of the Selective Service Request executed by the CSA Holder.

  • This Selective Service Request is not binding unless signed by both parties.

  • The Selective Service Request may be signed in counterparts and when actually received by the other party, together have the same effect as if each party had signed the same document.

Related to Selective Service Request

  • Active Service means a Covered Person is either 1) actively at work performing all regular duties at his or her employer’s place of business or someplace the employer requires him or her to be; 2) employed, but on a scheduled holiday, vacation day, or period of approved paid leave of absence; or 3) if not employed, able to engage in substantially all of the usual activities of a person in good health of like age and sex and not confined in a Hospital or rehabilitation or rest facility.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Access Service Request (ASR) is an industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request.

  • PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9.

  • Access Service Request (ASR) means the industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Local Service Request or "LSR" means the industry standard forms and supporting documentation used for ordering local services.

  • Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.

  • Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment may include employment developed through job carving, self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the individual with a disability. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.

  • Multiple Listing Service A means for collecting and disseminating information about real property that is or has been for sale, including a means for real estate brokers to make offers of cooperation and compensation to each other. Multiple Listing Services may also include, without limitation, the provision of data processing, technical support, consulting, and other information technology services to real estate brokers and appraisers in connection with the sale and appraisal of real property.

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Competitive Services means engaging in the business of commercial and mortgage banking, including, without limitation, originating, underwriting, closing and selling loans, receiving deposits, as well as the business of providing any other activities, products, or services of the type routinely conducted, offered, or provided by Employer as of or during the two years immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

  • Vesting Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Employer Contributions Sub-Account, if Employer Contributions are provided for under either Article VI or Article XXII.

  • Acceptance Criteria means the Specifications, goals, performance measures, testing results and/or other criteria designated by the Agency and against which the Deliverables may be evaluated for purposes of Acceptance or Non-acceptance thereof.
