Seller Company definition

Seller Company means Seller’s ultimate parent company or any company whose votes are to more than fifty per cent (50%) controlled directly or indirectly by such company.
Seller Company means Seller, and each of Seller’s domestic and foreign Subsidiaries, including, prior to the Closing, the Acquired Company and its Subsidiaries, and “Seller Companies” means, collectively, Seller and all such Subsidiaries.
Seller Company means, collectively, Seller, each of the Seller Entities and the Elevator Subsidiaries.

Examples of Seller Company in a sentence

  • Administration of this Agreement may be transferred, in whole or in part, to DOE or its designee(s), and to the extent of such transfer and notice thereof to Seller, Company shall have no further responsibilities hereunder.

  • If the Agreement is terminated by Company because of one or more of the Events of Default by Seller, Company shall have the right, in addition to the rights set forth above in this Section 15.4 (Rights of the Non-defaulting Party; Forward Contract), to collect Termination Damages, in accordance with Article 16 (Damages in the Event of Termination by Company).


More Definitions of Seller Company

Seller Company means Seller or any of its Affiliates , other than any Companies.
