Seller Excused Hour definition

Seller Excused Hour means an hour in which the Storage Facility is unavailable due to
Seller Excused Hour means an hour during which, Seller is unable to produce or deliver Facility Energy from the Facility as a result of (a) curtailments, as set forth in Section 7.4,

Related to Seller Excused Hour

  • Seller Excuse Hours means those hours during which Seller is unable to deliver Delivered Energy to Buyer as a result of (a) a Force Majeure event, (b) Buyer’s failure to perform, or (c) Curtailment Period.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Gross Station Heat Rate or ‘GHR’ means the heat energy input in kCal required to generate one kWh of electrical energy at generator terminals of a thermal generating station;
