  • Further, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Seller and Buyer mutually agree that it is their intention to recognize Buyer as the statutory employer of the Seller Service Providers, whether direct Employees or statutory Employees of the Seller Service Providers in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 23:1061, while and to the extent that such Employees are performing the Work within the State of Louisiana.
