Senior Guaranties definition

Senior Guaranties has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Senior Guaranties means, with respect to the Company, all Guaranties of the Company which are not expressed to be subordinated or junior to any other Indebtedness of the Company and all Guaranties of Restricted Subsidiaries.
Senior Guaranties means the unsecured guaranty or guaranties by the Subsidiary Guarantors of the Senior Notes.

  • Guaranty Agreements means and includes the Guarantee of the Loan Parties provided for in Section 11 and any other guaranty agreement executed and delivered in order to guarantee the Secured Obligations or any part thereof in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Guaranties means, collectively, the Company Guaranty and the Subsidiary Guaranty.

  • Senior Debt Documents means (a) the Credit Agreement Loan Documents and (b) any Additional Senior Debt Documents.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Senior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Senior Obligation, any provision pertaining to such Senior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Senior Obligation.

  • Senior Obligations is defined in Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
