Notice of redemption of the Senior Notes shall be given by first class mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Holders of record of the Senior Notes to be redeemed at their respective last addresses appearing on the Senior Note Register.
All notices to the Holders of Senior Notes shall be delivered in writing, mailed first- class postage prepaid, to each Holder of a Senior Note at the address of such Holder as it appears in the Senior Note Register.
The Company agrees that the Senior Subordinated Securities so executed and delivered will be deemed to have been issued to the Warrantholder as of the close of business on the date on which this Warrant and payment of the Exercise Price are delivered to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Warrant, notwithstanding that the Senior Note Register of the Company may then be closed or Senior Subordinated Securities may not be actually delivered on such date.

Notice of redemption shall be given by first class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not less than 30 nor more than 60 days prior to the Redemption Date, to each Holder of Senior Notes to be redeemed, at his address appearing in the Senior Note Register.
