Senior Series definition

Senior Series. Any Series of Senior Notes issued pursuant to a Supplement.
Senior Series means (a) so long as any Series A Notes are Outstanding or amounts are payable to the Holders of the Series A Notes, the Series A Notes and (b) after the Series A Notes have been repaid in full and all amounts due to the Holders of the Series A Notes have been paid in full and so long as any Series B Notes are Outstanding or amounts are payable to the Holders of the Series B Notes, the Series B Notes.
Senior Series means all Series of Series A Notes then outstanding, so long as any amounts are due in respect of any Series of Series A Notes, and, at such time that no such amounts are due, all Series of Series B Notes then outstanding.

More Definitions of Senior Series

Senior Series means, with respect to the Series 1995-1 Certificates, the Series B, Series C and Variable Funding Certificates and any other Series that (a) has been designated as a "senior" or "non-subordinate" Series with respect to the Series 1995-1 Certificates in the applicable Series Supplement, (b) is issued prior to the May 2000 Payment Date, (c) has an Amortization Period Commencement Date no later than the May 2000 Payment Date, and (d) has a Series Termination Date on or before the May 2002 Payment Date; provided, however, that any increase in the Invested Amount or Issuer Amount of a Senior Series after the May 2000 Payment Date shall not be deemed part of any "Senior Series."
Senior Series means the Series E Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, Series C-1 Preferred Stock and Series C-2A Preferred Stock.

Senior Series means a series of Notes, whether or not issued on the same date, (i) that (except in respect of the first payment of interest and their issue price) have identical terms on issue and are expressed to have the same series number and (ii) in connection with which the Issuer makes a Senior Loan;
Senior Series means each Series listed on Schedule I hereto. Each Subseries shall be included for these purposes as a separate Senior Series. For ease of reference, Subseries shall be referred to herein in abbreviated form, e.g., Series 2007-3, Subseries 2 shall be referred to as Series 2007-3S2.
