Sensitive Activity definition

Sensitive Activity means any activity deemed sensitive by the Service Provider or by an Applicable Regulator as published in regulatory materials or otherwise from time to time.
Sensitive Activity means an activity performed by an employee of the state that;
Sensitive Activity means any use of land and/or buildings which is likely to be susceptible to the effects emitted from nearby land uses in the course of their legitimate operation and functioning; and for the purposes of this plan this includes the following activities (or similar):

Related to Sensitive Activity

  • Competitive Activity will not include (i) the mere ownership of securities in any such enterprise and the exercise of rights appurtenant thereto or (ii) participation in the management of any such enterprise other than in connection with the competitive operations of such enterprise.

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:
