Separability of Provisions f C \l "2" Each provision of this Agreement shall be considered separable and (a) if for any reason any provision is determined to be invalid, such invalidity shall not impair the operation of or affect those portions of this Agreement which are valid, and (b) if for any reason any provision would cause the Investment Limited Partner to be bound by the obligations of the Partnership (other than the rules and regulations of an Agency and the requirements of any Lender), such provision or provisions shall be deemed void and of no effect.
