Separate Utility System definition

Separate Utility System means any utility property which is declared by the City Council to constitute a system which is distinct from the Sewer System in accordance with Section 7.
Separate Utility System means any water supply, sewage collection or treatment, stormwater or other utility service or facilities that may be created, acquired or constructed by the City as provided in Section 19.
