Series 2005C Bonds definition

Series 2005C Bonds means the series of Bonds designated as such, as provided in Section 2.1 hereof, authorized and issued hereunder in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000.
Series 2005C Bonds each has the meaning set forth in the defined term “Bonds”.
Series 2005C Bonds means the outstanding City of Wichita, Kansas Water and Sewer Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2005C, authorized by the Series 2005C Ordinance, issued in the original principal amount of $46,975,000 and dated October 1, 2005.
