Securitization Facility means any of one or more receivables or securitization financing facilities as amended, supplemented, modified, extended, renewed, restated or refunded from time to time, the Obligations of which are non-recourse (except for customary representations, warranties, covenants and indemnities made in connection with such facilities) to the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than a Securitization Subsidiary) pursuant to which the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries sells or grants a security interest in its accounts receivable or Securitization Assets or assets related thereto to either (a) a Person that is not a Restricted Subsidiary or (b) a Securitization Subsidiary that in turn sells its accounts receivable to a Person that is not a Restricted Subsidiary.
Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :
nuclear facility means, except as otherwise agreed to by the Underwriter, any of the following, provided that Nuclear Material is contained therein or being used therewith or Nuclear Material is present at the site where the same is located:
Qualified facility means a permanent facility within this state equipped for the production of motion pictures, television shows, or digital media production that meets all of the following requirements:
Disposal facility means a facility or part of a facility at which hazardous waste is intentionally placed into or on any land or water, and at which waste will remain after closure. The term disposal facility does not include a corrective action management unit into which remediation wastes are placed.
Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;
Holding facility means a designated area for the retention of
Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16
Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;
Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or
generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;
On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Major facility means any facility or activity classified as such by the regional administrator in conjunction with the board.
Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.
Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;
Wireline backhaul facility means a facility used to transport services by wire or fiber-optic cable from a wireless facility to a network.
Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.
Additional Facility is defined in Section 7.01.
Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.
Secure facility or "detention home" means a local, regional or state public or private locked
Clean coal SNG facility means a facility that uses a
Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.
Non-Extended Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(d).
