Series 2008 Bonds definition

Series 2008 Bonds means those certain West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Hospital Revenue Improvement Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.) Series 2008 issued as of June 30, 2008 pursuant to the Bond Indenture.
Series 2008 Bonds means the Issuer’s Water and Sewage System Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2008, dated October 1, 2008.
Series 2008 Bonds means that series of presently outstanding Bonds authorized by the Bond Resolution.
