Series 2009 Ordinance definition

Series 2009 Ordinance means Ordinance No. 020420 of the City passed on September 21, 2009, under which the Series 2009 Bonds were issued.
Series 2009 Ordinance means, collectively, Ordinance No. 48-351 and Resolution No. 09-174 of the City, passed and adopted, respectively, on June 16, 2009, which authorized the issuance of the Series 2009 Bonds.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Principal Protection Amount means an amount per ETP Security, in respect of each Tranche of ETP Securities, corresponding to 2.00 per cent of the Principal Amount for the ETP Security of such Tranche.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Collections retained or deposited in the Principal Account for Series 2012-1 pursuant to Section 4.3(b)(ii) for such Monthly Period.
