Series 2010 Certificates definition

Series 2010 Certificates means the Refunding Certificates of Participation, Series 2010 (Cleveland Stadium Project), issued under the Trust Agreement on April 22, 2010.
Series 2010 Certificates means the $14,680,000 original principal amount Greenville County Tourism Public Facilities Corporation Certificates of Participation, Series 2010, which are currently Outstanding in the principal amount of $11,350,000.
Series 2010 Certificates or "Certificates" means, collectively, the Series 2010A Certificates and the Series 2010B Certificates.
