Series 2010C Bonds definition

Series 2010C Bonds means the City of Fort Worth, Texas Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C, authorized by the Twenty-First Supplement.
Series 2010C Bonds means the $ aggregate principal amount of the Trust’s “Environmental Infrastructure Bonds, Series 2010C” authorized pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Series 2010C Bond Resolution.
Series 2010C Bonds means those securities issued under this Series 2010 Bond Resolution and designated “The Trustees of the University of Wyoming, Facilities Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Taxable Direct Payment Build America Bonds - Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds).

Series 2010C Bonds means the County’s outstanding Half-Cent Sales Tax Revenue Bonds (Main Courthouse Project), Series 2010C (Federally Taxable – Recovery Zone Economic Development BondsDirect Payment).
