Series 2010C Bonds definition

Series 2010C Bonds means the City of Fort Worth, Texas Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C, authorized by the Twenty-First Supplement.

Series 2010C Bonds means the $ aggregate principal amount of the Trust’s “Environmental Infrastructure Bonds, Series 2010C” authorized pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Series 2010C Bond Resolution.

Series 2010C Bonds means those securities issued under this Series 2010 Bond Resolution and designated “The Trustees of the University of Wyoming, Facilities Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Taxable Direct Payment Build America Bonds - Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds).

Examples of Series 2010C Bonds in a sentence

• The Issuer issued the Series 2010C Bonds pursuant to the Original Indenture as amended and supplemented by the Twelfth Supplemental Indenture of Trust dated as of November 1, 2010 (the “Twelfth Supplemental Indenture”).

• That the Series 2010C Bonds shall be tendered for mandatory purchase and that Sumitomo shall be the provider of the Sumitomo LOC pursuant to, and for the term provided in, the Sumitomo Reimbursement Agreement, and such Series 2010C Bonds shall bear interest in the Weekly Mode in the manner provided in the Thirty-seventh Supplemental as amended by the Amendment to the Thirty-seventh Supplemental; 4.

More Definitions of Series 2010C Bonds

Series 2010C Bonds means the County’s outstanding Half-Cent Sales Tax Revenue Bonds (Main Courthouse Project), Series 2010C (Federally Taxable – Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds – Direct Payment).

Series 2010C Bonds means the Authority’s $1,420,000 Taxable Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Medina County Fiber Network Project) dated the Closing Date, authorized by the Bond Legislation and issued by the Authority pursuant to the Bond Legislation and the Indenture to pay Project Costs.

Series 2010C Bonds means the Issuer’s Taxable Internal Improvement Bonds (Build America Bonds - Direct Pay to the Issuer), Series 2010C, dated October 28, 2010.

Series 2010C Bonds means the Issuer’s Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Watershed Protection Project), dated July 15, 2010, issued in the aggregate principal amount of $8,830,000 in accordance with the terms and conditions of a separate trust indenture.

Series 2010C Bonds means the Regents of New Mexico State University Taxable Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C.

Series 2010C Bonds means the County’s Taxable Economic Development Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2010C (Gateway Arena Project).

Series 2010C Bonds means the Issuer’s $16,270,000 original principal amount of Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Build America Bonds – Direct Pay), Series 2010C.
