Series 2021A Note definition

Series 2021A Note means promissory note delivered by the Borrower pursuant to the provisions of the Series 2021 Loan Agreement with respect to the Series 2021A Loan.
Series 2021A Note means that certain promissory note evidencing the Debtor’s obligation to repay the Series 2021A Bonds.
Series 2021A Note means the Obligation issued by the Obligor pursuant to the Supplemental Indenture relating to the Series 2021A Bonds.

  • As provided therein, the entire principal balance of each Series 2021-A Note shall be due and payable on the maturity date thereof.

  • Any action which may be taken by the vote of the shareholders at a meeting may be taken without a meeting if consented to bye the holders of a majority of the shares entitled to vote or such greater proportion as may be required by the laws of the State of Nevada, the Articles of Incorporation, or these By-Laws.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Class B Note means any of the 0.00% Asset Backed Notes, Class B, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-3.
