Series A Dividend definition

Series A Dividend means a dividend to be paid to holders of Company Series A Preferred Stock immediately prior to the Closing in an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid dividends on the Company Series A Preferred Stock as of such date.
Series A Dividend means 8% per annum.
