Series A Preferred Exchange Ratio definition

Series A Preferred Exchange Ratio is defined in Section 2.02(d).
Series A Preferred Exchange Ratio means the number of HRB Preferred Shares that are issued for a Series A GFH Preferred Share pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(i) hereof.
Series A Preferred Exchange Ratio means --------------------------------- the Common Stock Exchange Ratio plus the Series A Liquidation Preference Ratio.
