Series AAA Preferred Stock definition

Series AAA Preferred Stock means, unless otherwise stated herein, nine thousand four hundred (9,400) shares of Series AAA Preferred Stock, which were authorized pursuant to a Certificate of Designation of Preferences, Rights and Limitations which was filed with the Delaware Secretary of State on November 30, 2023.
Series AAA Preferred Stock means the Company’s Series AAA Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share.
