Series B Exchanging Unitholder definition

Series B Exchanging Unitholder means a Person entitled to receive ENLC Common Units or cash equal to the Series B Redemption Amount upon the exchange of any Series B Preferred Units.

  • Immediately upon any exchange or redemption of Series B Preferred Units pursuant to this Section 5.10(b)(viii)(F), all rights of the Series B Exchanging Unitholder in respect thereof shall cease, including, without limitation, any further accrual of distributions.
