Series B Transaction Documents definition

Series B Transaction Documents has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Series B Transaction Documents means the Share Subscription Agreement entered into on and as of April 4, 2006 by and among the Series B Shareholders, the BVI Subsidiary and the other parties thereto and other agreements and documents contemplated therein, pursuant to which the Series B Transaction is to be consummated.

Series B Transaction Documents means the Series B Securities Purchase Agreement, the Series B Warrants and the Series B Certificate of Designations, each in the form attached as Exhibits G-1, G-2 and G-3 hereto, respectively.
