Series B Unit Cap has the meaning given such term in Section 17.11(c).

Series B Unit Cap means 2.1533, which is the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the Series B Stated Liquidation Preference by (ii) one half of the closing price of the Common Units on the New York Stock Exchange on the trading day immediately preceding March 17, 2021, subject in each case, to certain adjustments and provisions as the General Partner determines to be equitable in connection with (i) the receipt of Series B Alternative Conversion Consideration and (ii) splits, combinations and distributions in the form of equity issuances.
