Series C Dividend Period definition

Series C Dividend Period means the period from and including a Series C Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next Series C Dividend Payment Date, except that the initial Series C Dividend Period will commence on and include the Original Issue Date of the Series C Preferred Stock and will end on and include September 14, 2013.
Series C Dividend Period means the respective periods commencing on and including January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Series C Dividend Period (other than the initial Series C Dividend Period, which shall commence on the Original Issue Date and end on and include March 31, 2021, and other than the Series C Dividend Period during which any shares of Series C Preferred Stock shall be redeemed pursuant to Section 5 or Section 6 (and that is not a Series C Dividend Period of the type contemplated by Section 7(b)), which, solely with respect to the shares of Series C Preferred Stock being redeemed, shall end on and include the day immediately preceding the redemption date with respect to such shares of Series C Preferred Stock being redeemed).
Series C Dividend Period is the period from a Series C Dividend Payment Date to, but excluding, the next succeeding Series C Dividend Payment Date, except that the initial Series C Dividend Period shall commence on the original issuance of shares of Series C Preferred Stock.

  • The amount of dividends payable per share of Series C Preferred Stock on each Series C Dividend Payment Date shall be calculated by multiplying (A) the per annum rate described above in effect for the related Series C Dividend Period by (B) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the actual number of days in such Series C Dividend Period and the denominator of which shall be 360, and by (C) $1,000.
