Series C Price definition

Series C Price means US$5.35 per share;
Series C Price means $3.65, subject to adjustment from time to time upon the occurrence of events described in Article 2 hereof.
Series C Price shall have the meaning set forth in the Notes, which as of the date hereof is equal to $0.9857.
