Series D Unit definition

Series D Unit means a Series D Preferred Unit as defined in the AMID Partnership Agreement.
Series D Unit means one Series D Preferred Share and five (5) Series D Warrants.

  • The Series D Preferred Units shall be issued by the Partnership pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Series D Unit Purchase Agreement.
