Series E Notes definition

Series E Notes is defined in Section 1.
Series E Notes means the variable rate senior notes due December 31, 2021, to be issued by the Company on the Exchange Date in an original aggregate principal amount of US$[•] [26% of all New HY Notes issued].
Series E Notes is defined in Section 1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Series E Notes in a sentence

  • The Series E Notes shall be issued in definitive fully registered form.

  • Any such additional Series E Notes will have the same interest rate, maturity and other terms as those initially issued.

  • The Company shall honor conversions of the Series E Notes and exercises of the Warrants and shall deliver Conversion Shares and Warrant Shares in accordance with the terms, conditions and time periods set forth in the Transaction Documents.

More Definitions of Series E Notes

Series E Notes as used herein refers collectively to the Series E Notes delivered pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement and the other Note Agreements, and also to each Series E Note delivered in substitution or exchange for or in lieu of any such Series E Note.
Series E Notes means the Series E Senior Guaranteed Notes issued by LGII pursuant to the Note Agreement, dated as of February 1, 1994, between LGII, as issuer, TLGI, as guarantor, and the purchasers thereunder together with the related guarantees of Neweol Finance B.V. and Loewen Financial Corporation and all related agreements, as amended or modified.
Series E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the second "whereas" clause of this Standstill Agreement.
