Series G Bonds definition

Series G Bonds means the Issuer's Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series G (Alabama Power Company Farley Plant Project), dated November 1, 1986, issued in the original prxxxxxxl amount of $21,000,000, for the purpose of refunding the Series F Bonds.
Series G Bonds means one or more of the Economic Development Bonds (Xxxx Hauling and Warehousing System, Inc. - 1983 Project), Series G Refunding (Non-AMT) of the Issuer in the aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000 authorized to be issued pursuant to the Bond Resolution, delivered under and pursuant to the Bond Resolution and Indenture and any bonds issued in lieu of or in substitution therefor.
Series G Bonds. As defined in the first paragraph hereof.

More Definitions of Series G Bonds

Series G Bonds means the Bonds to be issued by the Issuer having a term beginning on the Issue Date and ending [three (3)] years from the Issue Date or on [2026], with a fixed interest rate equivalent to [•]% per annum.
