Series H Shares definition

Series H Shares means the cumulative redeemable floating rate preferred shares, Series H, of AltaGas;
Series H Shares means shares of Series H Senior Cumulative Participating Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Issuer.
Series H Shares means shares of Series H Convertible Preferred Stock of Spherix.

Ltd., Microsoft Global Finance, eBay Singapore Services Private Limited, SVF Holdings (Jersey) L.P. and the Company. “Singapore Takeover Code” means the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers as issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore pursuant to section 321 of the Securities and Futures Act. “Specified Exchange Rate” means, for the purpose of translating an amount denominated in a currency other than dollars into dollars, the average daily exchange rate between such currency and dollars for the five consecutive Business Days immediately preceding the Closing Date, as such exchange rates are reported on the Financial Times website at XX.xxx. “Specified Subsidiary” means Instakart Services Private Limited. “Specified Tax Proceeding” means any Legal Proceeding identified on Part 2.14(c) or Part 2.19(a)-1 of the Disclosure Schedule (including any appeal with respect to such Legal Proceeding): (a) that was commenced against an Acquired Company by a Taxing Authority and involves the assertion by such Taxing Authority of a failure by such Acquired Company to comply with any Tax Legal Requirement; and (b) for which a reserve has been established on the Most Recent Balance Sheet in accordance with IFRS. 18
Series H Shares means the shares of the Company’s Series H Preferred Stock and held by the Investors listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and their permitted assigns.
